W01 Reflection: Entrepreneurial Journal Blog

What are you looking forward to learning and experiencing?

Starting this class has been very exciting. For my future I want a job that will allow me to travel and have a lot of freedom. I have looked into many options, and in doing so has had me feeling eager to start this process in getting ready and prepared for this future. I am seventeen right now and hope to be prepared and educated by eighteen. To be prepared and ready for these future plans I have, this class and education I hope will help to assist me in these goals. I believe that the main goal I have is to be content and happy with my life. Why? How will this help me? Simple answers like “I want this job” or “I want to be rich someday” barely scratch the surface. Yes this class will help me learn how to navigate the new world of entrepreneurial ship, but I also think it will give me proper building blocks in life, apart from entrepreneurship. Expanding your views and learning new things are vital to help in every aspect in your own life. They help build your character, your values, and the basic but arguably most impactful, your daily habits and intentions. To understand yourself and understand why these building blocks are so vital and impactful in your own life will help you to have a clear understanding of what you want from life and thus, how you will get there.
I am looking forward to seeing how this class aids me in building and shaping my future, as well as seeing myself grow and learning more about things that mean something to me.
